Interesting reading. AUD26 million is about $9 million too much for a hotel that is in dire need of renovations. Would like to see a Philippine Government document stating that 100% ownership is in the hands of a foreign company!! Just dont invest in anything where a few clever lawyers invent a scheme to keep their salaries rolling in every year. Casino is now a high risk biz with the economic status of the world. Cant figure out where there is value in this one. The name change is a bit weird and very close to a successful casino operator! Silly stuff. I always wish people luck in any venture but this one is full of RISK! So good luck anyone still in this one and I have 0% trust in anything Hudsons are involved in after so many issues over the years. Cheers I am gone.
