6/ This is all part of the masterplan. Those here who are critical of this have no idea frankly.
7/ Lastly and most importantly if TG, the largest SH by a country mile wants this, then so should we. We don't even have to think about it.

This is a great result. It will be approved 99.999% versus one or two nong heads and the LTR and M260 SP will go north, and soon.

need yr help with a question: I ran thru the prospectus but couldn't find the formula that priority offer shares will be allocated. So, if an investor owns 1 million LTR shares, how many M260 priority offer shares can he apply for?
