    Ba Ha Ha Ha... 'If Cornerstone's equity stake in ENSA is diluted below 10%, its equity stake will be converted to a 0.5% NSR which SolGold can then acquire for US$3.5 million at any time'. And Franco Nevada paid $50 M for theirs on an equiv. basis.
