Will the change in accounting methods suddenly drop the NTA? A lot of people use that as a benchmark for the price, and I think if this comes down (even just due to an accounting correction) then a lot of people will price it accordingly.
If the above occurs, yes I believe you will be able to purchase for 4 cps or even lower. However I'm not an accountant and don't fully understand the implication of being forced to change their accounting methods.
