Actually I'd be more worried about clauses 4.8 etc now I've had a read - could this cash be pumped into DHR and ANW after all? IMO any case to those companies is just paying mate's salaries at this point.
If someone with an interest in DGR was planning taking it private (including NM himself), they would want the SP as low as possible right?
