this is just another way for NM to legitimately load up on more SOLG exposure, by proxy, when he can't buy SOLG direct at the moment. He knows exactly what is going to go down and the underwrite at 3.7c is just more icing on the cake. This is an average down opportunity for all shareholders, but particularly him.
