When I do my trawl through the Talga postings and find myself confronted with a sequence of SC misery, I sometimes sit back and ask myself which country would I rather have Talga's World Class graphite resource located?

Would it be in Africa where the Chinese ambassador could sidle up to the country's big banana with a suitcase of greenbacks and have his nominated resource transferred to China before the day was out?

Would it be in South America which varies much by Country, but in most places is only marginally better?

Would it be in Australia where the current Government can conjure up a secret native dreamtime to put the kybosh onto any submission that doesn't take its fancy?

It certainly wouldn't be China

I'm fairly comfortable with Sweden. It is pedantically time consuming, but there has never a hint of corruption or double dealing. We will get there in the end.
