The prospectus was reasonably done, and I have seen in the last few months few back dood listing with their prospectus rejected or amended, it seems like ASIC is paying a more detailed attention to back door listing company due to the material increment of companies using this path avoiding the tedious and expensive traditional IPO.
In regard of extending the CR, l am not surprised as it was too short and if Nuheara is taking to a substantial investor this self imposed deadline just create a problem. I believe the CR has been running according to expectations and the additional placement of 12m is a strong indication.
