Correct, it will be for those who hold on Sept 6th 24, also a prospectus on the loyalty offer will go out on 2nd Sept 24. I am sure they will review those who have sold to take advantage of situations in the SPP. I sense that is why some owners have decided they want the their shortened shares back.
