If share price in Sept 2025 is above $0.55 then these options are "in the money" as that is what you will pay to convert them to fully paid shares. And TLG gets this payment directly and not the market. The loyalty options are just a way for us punters to keep our weighting in TLG (along with the SPP). If you don't want your existing holding diluted, you should consider this offer.
If we are not above $0.55 in a years time, then we are seriously fuct.
