    Genuine questions I am hoping you can shed your thoughts on;

    How do you feel about having Cancun now as majority holder in the business ?
    Also, with Talico handing over their IP to TV2u (for consideration and performance stock) in order to secure the Con Note - do you see this as a positive for the company ?
