Was wondering if this recap structure offers a good entry price...

Was wondering if this recap structure offers a good entry price for a potential newbie in RNI like me.
Quick valu calc based on sep14 modelling results.
Assume cr successful and T debt is repaid in full ($16.7 mill principal and then $6.25 mill fees n interest = 37% on the principal).
Assume PF then happens ok
Upside case project NPV was $53 mill
There will be 1,752 mill shares on issue after the CR (ignoring ops)
53 mill / 1,752 mill. = 3.0 cents per share on upside case for GG mine.

This is all back of envelope stuff and different investors have different risk reward profiles. This ones not for me.
