Now that we know the PSF/Syntonic CR is fully subscribed - the Mexican stand-off I spoke of (source) is slowly rising (the support is now 2.9c, as opposed to Friday's 2.7c). At some point (starting Wednesday for the early birders...) before Friday I think the stand-off will crack as people scramble to get in before the trading suspension kicks in. I bought my last today.
