    Hi charlie10,

    maybe they are not related.

but even if we don't have any subscribers we still make money. when we sign up a telco to have exclusive access we charge a licensing fees and a usage fee. so if we have no subscribers at all we will still be making money.  Financials haven't been released yet for 2016. I suspect the $500,000 payment at the very end of last year is a licensing fee or a usage fee. or the payment could be from the dataflex side.
Don't know what they have earned this year, many tip offs from gary .

Cost for business was around $45,000 and revenue was $500,000 for that payment.

our other product which is a mobile split billing called dataflex is another big player in a new market. 1% of market is 300m US$. In a recent court case in the californian court of appeals required companies to reimburse employees for work related mobile phone use. Now companies are scrambling to identify technology that would allow them to do this. Syntonic- 60m (ASX)

even if you don't add money from subscribers this company is still undervalued. even if you only took the 7m in dropped credit on "faster than expected earnings" as the only news. if they have made 7m, that is over 10% return. some other tech stocks have mc of 165 m with a earning of only 65k.

this is one of the only tech stocks with a solid revenue model. look above in the freeway model we don't even pay for the data that goes straight from the content sponsor to the telco. but we get paid from the content sponsor and the telco for our software.

telco's would be fighting over syntonic because it is the best tech. why would they be fighting over it. because our software will make them money $$. our solution benefits our customers and us as well.

    everything is in US $$
