SYT listing at ASX:

asx worker bill: hannah this is a new company/merger going through the listing phase, we have to comply with all of the regulations. they are also bringing old shares across so they will be transferred from psf shares to SYT shares. although the majority of the shares will be new shares.

intern Hannah: ahh ok, they have provided us with all the documentation?

asx worker bill: yes its here we can get working on this work

intern Hannah: what will the share price be?

asx worker bill: in the past with new companies, we evaluate their share price on worth, income and potential but in this case we will just throw up the old share price and see what happens. haha

intern Hannah: hahaha sounds like a laugh, maybe a new financial years joke haha, won't we be caught out once the documentation is released and there is a major movement on the share price, positive or negative?

asx worker bill: we won't be caught haha, lets not release any announcements about the company until a month down the track after listing. we will reject all announcements made by management. we never value companies before they are listed now.

intern Hannah: hahaha sounds like a right laugh hahaha. different to what we learnt at uni.

asx worker bill: different from what you learnt at uni but you right, a bloody good laugh. we also list companies that give no financial records or any records from the current year or any year tbh. we just list anyone now days. we don't even give info out to investors anymore on new companies. and if the management releases info about their companies, we just trash it haha and if they release it on their website they will be unlisted haha we threaten them with unlisting so they don't release info at all.
