@Somme - my understanding is that because it not a Shareholder Purchase Plan ("SPP") but a Shareholder Offer with a limited prospectus, there are no set amounts and no maximum amounts.
A Share Purchase Plan will often have a higher minimum and then set amounts which you can contribute, such as $2,500 minimum and then blocks of $2,500 up to $30,000.
However, by providing a prospectus, there is more flexibility, both in terms of a lower minimum, no set blocks and no maximum.
Please do your own research and contact the company secretary if you have any specific questions.
Please also note that there is also flexibility for the directors to close the offer early if they have raised enough.
