In July each year I download from my broker Commsec a csv file detailing my transactions for the previous financial year.I then use that file in an Excel spreadsheet.Before that my broker was ANZ Etrade and they provided free access to Praemium (PPS) software which listed transactions and provided a summary Etrade was taken over by another broker who provided a very poor service. When I made the decision to leave Etrade I contacted Praemium in the hope that another broker also provided the software but they told me only the poor service broker did.
