Like I said before, I'm not a newcomer - when it got announced I thought it had already been filled, rather than going to be filled. My mistake, its been a long road of paying attention during intense periods such as now, and not paying attention in between.

Also, @noobofwallstreet - That may be the case, but it is still a public offer rather than a closed raising.

Perhaps I just wrongly assumed that they could revise the capital raising to a price based on VWAP rather than a stated price from 3 months ago. Eh, it doesn't change any of the fundamentals so I'm still happy, just a little surprised.
