The only major risk I really felt with this was the deal not going through (or to a lesser extent getting further delayed).
I now feel really confident with my holding.
Asking for the preso might be a bit much at this point, and maybe I should just be happy with the Prospectus for now, but imagine if that drops tomorrow....
