45 pages of gobbledy gook; and that is for someone who spent a career in the funds game!
As far as I can gather this is a facility for Riley securities to buy up to $50m of shares at market, so looks like enabling Riley to make a market in PLL shares. Am not familiar with this at all, so guessing and looks like Riley would buy and sell shares at market in much the same way as ETF market makers do here?
Is that about right ? - anyone more across this?
