Is what it is. Pure speculation, but I'd guess with 20/20 hindsight they would have postponed the redomicile. But plans and money had already been spent by the time anyone realized how bad covid was going to be. Life just happens sometimes. Virtually all companies have been similarly impacted, this market has been driven by a very narrow segment predominated by the top 5 stocks. Most stocks are down or flat during covid.
