They have gone ex rights today and trading of the rights will me where the buyers that wanted to buy at .6 will go. I see that drop off as a good sign, means the market is engaged and that there is probably some demand for the issue
Only the silly would sell below .6. The sellers at .6 are probably trying to do so in order to have the funds to take up their entitlement
