The salaries are high but the focus should be on rapid expansion of the business. This is the IOUpay of the Philippines.
This stock will fly as the same people in IOU from the start are backing this one.
I got IOUpay at 1.58c and am still holding today.
This could easily trade to 5c plus almost immediately.
