You do realize that Clee are funding the $2 million dollars right? ASX stated that the Prospectus is a requirement to re list (just a formality), it’s not offered to retail.
PIL have the funding and just need to tick a few more boxes before trading resumes. They have actually given the estimated date of Feb 12, 2021 for re listing.
