I 100% agree, as good looking as Charly Duffey is, she brings zero value to the company. A company with a market cap of this size doesn't require that many directors.....Especially one that in my eyes is a shell or at shell value. It will continue to trade at shell value until the cap raising is complete and we are presented with a real product and potential revenue contracts.

Not even sure what Paul Callander does? The company would work fine with Peter Wall as Chair, Jason Tomkinson and Ben Daly. The IR rep could even step in as company sec.

No doubt there will be a run for the hills Monday.

This company listed I think two years early. VC market obviously in Canada had no interest so they took advantage of the booming RTO market here in Australia.
