people here still do not understand that ZYB cannot raise any cash at these levels except the bare minimum. Their market cap is too small.
Ben might be looking for broker support for a upcoming raising but he also needs that broker to pump the stock.
Say they find 10 people to put in $50k each, that's $1m. But they actually put in $70k each. The extra $20k each, or 13 million shares at these levels, is for the pump. Might only need $10k each, daytraders would jump on and so forth. Maybe coincided with some positive news. Then a raising at 2c or 2.5c and all those 10 people actually have averages less than the raising price.
That's how a pump would work.
Otherwise forget it. No broker will be able to drum up interest for a cap raise with sentiment so poor and a constant falling share price. Even JP Morgan would struggle with this.
