Malcolm Johnson - Smyth's alleged puppetmaster - has plenty of contacts with these apparently dodgy Swiss and Austrian connections... Basically it's only a piece of paper to make ASIC believe that CVI CAN still access money, otherwise they ARE trading insolvent - which I believe they have been for months anyway...
Have I sued enough 'appears to, allegeds and apparentlys' to stay out of trouble?!! lol...
Note - if "I believe" then that is not slander or libel!
I'm horrified that they are still outrunning the authorities, and new buyers are still being sucked in, though at this price there's not a long fall to the bottom!.
I do try not to even look at hte threads any more - it's been better for my health!
