Nice to see the directors have nice healthy amounts of shares still... Shame all shareholders were bent over in all of this, and over what? a $400k debt...absolutely pathetic. I have pulled myself out of a situation similar and the company I had was not a publicly listed company that could cap raise easily etc... I fixed it through working my arse off and then later sold that business when it was all sorted. Yet the solution here over a measly $400k is turn every $10k of investors holdings into the amount it costs for a cappuccino and then change industries all together, in the meantime director holdings are still mighty strong.

Hurry up and list this pile of junk so I can finally sell and be able to write this off as a tax loss... That's what I am sure most of us have been waiting for (for the past 2 years!!). Still can't believe $400k caused all this, really is pathetic effort by those directors who caused it (who are likely off destroying another company as we speak).
