Hi ,nih.
I may be wrong , but Mpire strikes me a high volume ,low margin business with no real edge....The owner & the market have agreed on a cheap value.
Just to give an example without promoting anything....BFE was supposed to acquire AB! for $5m & consolidate 40:1.....The market rejected this low valuation & forced a value 5x as much....BFE ended up consolidating 8:1 with 5x the number of shares (issued & performance ones)
People tend to gravitate towards cheap businesses....but cheap is not always good value.....My twisted way of looking at the market.
