Very useful information.
The failed deal with LTX lends weight to my argument....Twice upfront consideration & 5x performance shares.
Zhenya had to contend with a far lower value....Either the guys at FOT are much cleverer ....or both the market & Zhenya know the "real" value of Mpire....I tend to lean towards the latter.
I just liked the FOT chart & thought a have a quick look , but have no firm views.
Here we have what appears to be a cheap good value stock with a nice looking chart.....also the market is happy to pay 40% premium to the cap raise which I see as a plus.
The question really is whether it has the ingredients to be big winner or just a mediocre performer in a crowded space.
I'll move on & mind my own business....Sorry for the distraction.
