Interested in any thoughts on the 4 mil issue with 6.5 mil options to MCMG the existing Mpire 'financier' for working capital loan. The Liquidity Effect especially on Re List.
see in prospectus some part will be escrowed, along with part of the 10mil Vendors so the Stag Scenario remains in place. Would the Non Escrow join the Patterson Stag Pack?

Could the MCMG 'cover' the involvement of LTX ? @3500 and @fromwell above discussion

my propspectus reading not much on WHO the MCMG was/involved. only their "cut" and conditions.

on first mention of this deal I thought the Financier may have been Zhenya the vendor 'billionaire' getting more shares but no the prospectus denies this.

so with 3500/fromwell and the LTX Issue wondering re MCMG being in the mix?
