Pretty sure they already had firm commitments for the 90M fpo from FC clients from the day the acquisition announcement was made.
If it opens back at the IPO price and only $16M mc, I can see it replicating other tech stocks like RAD, POK, NOR, RAP etc and pushing for $100M mc.
Has anybody attempted to contact FC to get on the Chairman's list?
