Shares are currently 1.2c with 2:1 consolidation your number of shares will half, but the listing value will be 2.4c.
The capital raising is at 2c, which means they will be sold at 0.4c discount to current value. This is my understanding. Of course the opening day may see the price change, and often it will go down to capital raising price, however I suspect in this case it will be significantly higher (or maybe I just hope that!)
Either way in my opinion it's the tech that drove my investment decision and i'm hoping for a market cap over 100 Million for this puppy
