Page 12 does not say that the stock will relist at 3x the 5 day VWAP. It says that the theoretical price is 0.093 cents.
If anyone thinks this is going to re-list at 0.093 cents or 0.078 cents, based on 3 x 2.6 cents when it stopped trading, you are wrong and should definitely sign up to the ASX course.
I am really pi**ed off that the CR was done at 0.045, well actually it was done at 0.015 cents pre-consolidation on the 24th Sept. I am pi**ed off because if I read that announcement, and I should have, I wouldn't have bought AWD.
The CR has been allocated to Instos, Soph Investors and $250k to Directors, which is 5.5m post consolidation to Directors.
If the share price lists at anything more than 6 cents I will be very surprised. The people who loaded up in this CR will be dumping the shares BIG TIME. Why wouldn't they - its a 50% return in less than 2 months.
I bought AWD at an average of 3.4 cents. So it needs to trade at 10.5 cents for me to break even. IT AIN'T GOING TO GET ANYWHERE NEAR THAT.
I will be dumping my shares the moment it re-lists.
