My goodness this prospectus reads like it was written by a depressed lawyer.
Full of warnings and caveats.
It's almost like they don't want you to invest in it..
Who knows maybe that's the way they want it, and the money is already done.
Looks very risky to me, cost of marketing and customer acceptance the biggest risk in my view.
Writing the app is the easy part. Getting suppliers on board with decent offers the expensive part.
