Oncourse you will look very stupid if you are talking down a tech shell at 2c. This is a new company after going through a DOCA its not your energy company or whatever it has. The new directors owe you nothing in fact you should be thanking them you have something at all rather than going into liquidation which is where this company would have gone if they didn't raise thev$3.6m to get the company back on the boards.
