How is it any different to the 20 other ASX listed shells that people buy on market and the company's only statement as to activities is "pursuing acquisition opportunities in x sector"
It then comes down to pedigree of management, quality and stickiness of the capital raised, whether the register is S/T or L/T, the distribution and spread of the register that sets them apart
