I do not hold it, but SRT is an example of just that. A shell that has only flagged a 'potential acquisition' that they are currently doing due diligence on and it is trading at just shy of $20M market cap. Their cash balance is less than MAE's and they will experience further dilution - explain that one ?

I could list another 5-10 exactly the same, but it's just easier to wait till the relist later this week and you can eat humble pie
