I read it as 10k total on offer. Wouldn't be surprised if it was a formality of some kind or a way to cover some costs not funded through shares/options. Anyone know?
Also if the market finished on 2.6c and shares offered are at 2c does that mean you lose .6c or are the issued shares adjusted?
Another CR could be on the cards but could be good or bad imo. If sales are going well and it's for growth then I wouldn't say it's bad. If it's because of delays/CBD extraction issues/sales then I'd say not so good.
