The original Ann. re bonus options always stated they would be issued with the COMPLETION of the transaction to acquire Xped subject to shareholder approval. They therefore cannot claim that the options are a given as we the shareholders have not yet approved the transaction with Xped. No transaction with Xped : No bonus options. If they say a definite yes we all get bonus options in RYG and the deal is not approved they would be in trouble. Rear Covering only IMO.
Haven't seen anything that states they are cancelled. Cheer up and take a breath.
