I understand that viewpoint as well. Where the uncertainty is the Prospectus should have put in those free options in the Prospectus as well with a note saying will be available if the deal goes through, as the tables show intended number of shares on issue post completion. There omission is either an oversight or is not going to happen - which of two I don't know but leaning more to the latter at the moment.
