i dont think they will tell chippy before listed, no risk no gain for us.
if they told chippy now, some ppl might be selling house for it, then the CR will be oversubscribed by millions, everyone will be trying to buy it from market, sp will be sky high
i think it will mess up things atm, so until it is listed/xped purchased they dont need to tell it
