What was said was 'access to' not 'free' capital.
Suspect need some element of capitalization to deal with bigger companies in the USA. For example, our membership with Intel and where we rank in that membership is based on cash/revenue considerations. Also suspect need cash backing if chips go to market because if they fail someone needs to be sued (natural course of business). Anyway, the problem here is what will drive the price above 3.3c. Market has long gone on XPE on hype, now market wants results before SP moves and right now results remain an 'if' and more than 6 months out hence traders have gone to an early and extended Xmas/New Year lunch..
