Technology stocks usually have high O/S as they need to raise funds from shares dilution to get their technology to the market (i.e. very rarely do they have access to these funds from loan), and their MC is always overprice when they get their product to the market (as the market see these company do have the potential of overpriced TO from larger technology company).

As indicated by the market, that SPP doesn't look attractive at all right now but it give us the option of accumulating the shares at around 3c for a while.......
