@user23 , it,s more about the fact that they are looking towards a lot more money than they are budgeting for - the options are a $17M dollop into the coffers. I haven't checked - but I bet that AL gets a cut of that as part of this exercise as well
They could halve this, wait for the options and have the same amount of money, with half the dilution.
