Will current shareholders receive the prospectus and application form?

Please read the prospectus, point 2.7 page 11, quoted "...Directors will determine the allottees of all the shares under their sole discretion".

Please read also the notice of meeting dated 27th March 2017 in regard to EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM of resolutions which have been approved by shareholders on 28th April 2017.

The issuance of 5.6 million new shares at 0.001 is part of DOCA with the following allocation:
