It seems that those 5.6 billion shares are allocated as follows:
ECM and associcates 3,900,000,000 shares (as per shareholders' approval in AGM 28th April 2017)
Mr Simon Higgins 800 million shares (page 22 of the prospectus)
Mr. Adam Boyd 800 million shares (page 22 of the prospectus)
Mr Peter Torre 25 million shares (page 22 of the prospectus)
Retail investors????? The remaining of 75 million shares (retail investors procured by ECM, 150 holders at each 500,000 shares of $500???) Are we entitled for these shares? First come first serve?
