Good news. I like what they said "trust apparently". TRUST may mean that those subscribers are long-term investors and would not sell their shares for short-term profit. So it means that 5.6 billion shares have been fully subscribed and $5.6 million will be in ERJ bank account soon and relisting may happen next week.

It is amazing that ERJ staff or directors returned your call. This is a sign of professionalism.
