MNS investors who took part in the CR couldn't sell for 12 months unless MNS issued a cleansing notice.

MNS couldn't issue a cleansing notice because it has been suspended for more than 5 days in 12 months.

MNS has had to go to the trouble of issuing this prospectus so the recent placement investors can sell the shares.

Guess we can assume the sophisticated investors haven't even had a chance to offload yet.
