It's a technical compliance issue.

The real sad part of the announcement is the total volume of shares and options, combined with the remuneration report.
We are paying bob bell $400k+ in 2018,
When I bought shares in this 'outfit' they had 120m shares /options in total.
We are now at half a billion shares/options.
Even If we achieve our previous mcap high, this would value our shares at 40c, not $2.20...
Sad state of affairs
